I have a small tri called “Everybody Can Tri”
It is a fun tri… here is what it says from the site of the YMCA that is hosting it:

2014 is your year for health and wellness. Sign up today for the Everyone Can Tri – Indoor Triathlon. It’s a 15 minute swim, 15 minute bike and 15 minute run for adults. Make this your starting point for achieving things you never thought possible. It isn’t about speed or duration; it’s about finishing something for yourself! Your participation will also help others – kids, adults and seniors – build a healthy lifestyle by providing them with opportunities to attend the Y. You’re helping yourself while helping others!
If you’re unsure about one area of discipline – sign up as a relay team. Sign up with your family, colleagues or friends! It’s all about FUN.
So here are my goals:
15 minute swim 800 yards
15 minute bike 4 miles
15 minutes run 1 mile.
