Ankle update

So today  this was my 2nd race of the week with the Ugandan Water Project 5K Run but unfortunately my ankle is still swollen.  So I just did not race today but instead trying to get my ankle at 100%.  I know this will take a week but still sucks when the weather is sunny outside.  I so want to go biking, running, and enjoy the outdoors. Next year if I am in the area, I will do this course as I know I can do it and be in the middle of the pack. Well to next blog I am going to put my leggs up and try to get back to 100%.
