Swimming update Nov 19 2014

I noticed that I am feeling better and better in the water again. With this I also notice my speed is also increasing too. Looking at data from the following events on Garmin Connect as Strava and Mapmyfitness does not break the data as much as I want. I am going to start from May and only using when I used a Garmin Swim or Fenix2 entries. This does not include any swim I do today Nov 19.

Looking at the data the average per 100 is pretty close to each other.  But overall the the average time is going down. I did not do best 100 because a few times the Garmin double count a lap or counted a lap when I was only halfway done with the lap.  So that mist that part up.  But overall my speed for sprinting has slowly got faster. Like the other day I was able to do a 25 under 20 seconds in my drag outsuit still on. After almost writing this up it hit me I could have just exported this out to excel and broke the data down faster…  oh well. That is what happens when I am still new at this bloging thing.  Well now I know.  Thank you for staying put and keep on training!
